You'll Never Guess Which Celebrities & Famous People Have Tried and Love Reflexology

The past week has not been the greatest start to the New Year for me BUT, I do believe the Universe has ways and means to slow you down, give you time to reflect, then lets you take a breath and carry on... so, in true Universe style, I came down with the mother of all colds, and in between sleeping, coughing and more sleeping, my brain kept asking me all sorts of impossible questions...

Normally I am able to switch off and not listen to it, but because I'm not well, it became a "if I don't check the answer out now, I'm never going to get any rest" situation... so, my brain kept asking: Which famous people and celebrities have tried and enjoyed Reflexology? Thanks to good old ChatGPT (yes, I asked!), I am able to bring you this list... and wow, I knew about some but not all!

Oprah Winfrey has mentioned reflexology on her show and in her magazine, expressing interest in the benefits of foot massage and alternative therapies.

Actress Eva Longoria has been reported to be a fan of reflexology.

Supermodel Gisele Bündchen has spoken about using alternative therapies, including reflexology, as part of her wellness routine.

Football legend David Beckham has been reported to have used reflexology for relaxation and stress relief, particularly during his playing career.

The late Princess of Wales, Diana, was interested in alternative and complementary therapies. While the specific use of reflexology may not be extensively documented, she was known for her holistic approach to health and well-being.

Mahatma Gandhi, the leader of the Indian independence movement, was said to have explored various natural and alternative healing methods. Reflexology may have been among the therapies he considered.

The Beatles' John Lennon was known for his interest in Eastern philosophies and alternative healing practices. Reflexology has been mentioned as one of the holistic therapies he and Yoko Ono explored during the 1960s and 1970s.

Former First Lady Michelle Obama has mentioned in interviews that she enjoys reflexology as a way to relax and take care of herself.

The King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley, was known for exploring various alternative and holistic therapies. Reflexology has been mentioned as one of the modalities he experimented with during his lifetime.

And of course our current King, King Charles III is a big advocate for Complementary Therapies, and there are also photographs of our late Queen, Queen Elizabeth II and boxing legend, Muhammed Ali enjoying Reflexology.

I am sure there are loads more who incorporate Reflexology and other Complementary Therapies into their daily and regular self-care routine to help with relaxation, tension relief and general well-being; so if you know of any other famous people or celebrities who are partial to Complementary Therapies, please let me know!

I hope you enjoyed reading that list; and perhaps it inspired you to book a session to see what the fuss is about
