Cancellation Policy
THERAPIES 24-hour Cancellation/Reschedule Notice is required for all Therapy Sessions. 50% of Session fee will be due if less than 24-hours’ notice is received. COURSES & WORKSHOPS Course/Workshop fees are payable in advance of the course/workshop starting. The fee will be refunded/can be transferred to another course/workshop, only if 7 Days Cancellation/Reschedule Notice is received. If less than 7 days Cancellation Notice/Reschedule Notice is given, the course/workshop fee will be refunded, less a £20 Administration fee (applicable to both online and in person courses/workshops). No refund will be given once the course/workshop has started. Missed course sessions by participants will not be refunded; you will be offered a make-up session during one of my future dated courses and will have access to the follow-along course videos. Minimum Participants Required: The minimum required participants for courses and sessions are 5 adults. It occasionally happens that we do not get the minimum required participants signed up for a course/workshop; and should this happen, you will be notified prior to the course/workshop starting and offered to either transfer to the next course or given a full refund. PAINT PARTIES Paint Party fees are payable in advance of the party. The fee can be transferred to another paint party, only if 7 Days Cancellation/Reschedule Notice is received. If less than 7 days Cancellation Notice/Reschedule Notice is given, no refund will be offered as we would already have purchased the necessary supplies to accommodate you on at the party. You will be offered a place at one of our future parties or a paint-at-home kit. Paint Party venues may change at the last minute, but it will always be in the same village/city that you’ve initially booked at. You will be notified immediately of any changes to the venue. COVID & OTHER GOVERNMENT DIRECTIVES/WEATHER Please note that should Government guidelines change at any point during a course/workshop/party, and we are no longer able to continue with face-to-face tuition, or in the case of adverse weather conditions, the workshop/session/party will immediately transfer online, and will be presented via Zoom. No refund will be offered. In the case of booked Therapy sessions, you will be contacted to reschedule your appointment to the next available timeslot; or offered a credit on file for later use, or you can opt to have the fee issued as a Gift Voucher. No refunds will be offered. THERAPIST/INSTRUCTOR ILLNESS THERAPIES In the event I fall ill (touch wood!) and cannot make a therapy session, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will be offered an alternative time slot for your therapy session, a full refund, or Gift Voucher/Credit on file to the amount in question. CLASSES, WORKSHOPS & PAINT PARTIES Should I fall ill prior to a Workshop/Course starting (including online workshops & classes), you will be notified as soon as possible; and I will offer you the opportunity to transfer to the next workshop/course, or give a full refund. Once the workshop/course has started and I have to miss a session(s), you will be offered a refund for the missed session(s), calculated as follows: £55 (*course fee) - £20 (admin fee) ÷ 5 (amount of sessions in the course) = £7 per session. You will have access to my follow-along massage videos for the missed week. Should we agree on a session to make up for the missed session, then no refund will be given. *This calculation is based on the Baby Massage course fees as at 18 March 2022. It may increase without prior notice. 1-on-1 courses are more expensive and workshop fees are priced differently too, and will be calculated accordingly. This is also applicable to online courses. Should a Paint Party be cancelled by us for whatever reason, you will be refunded your participants fee or given the option to transfer to one of our future dated parties.
