Your reproductive journey is personal, and your reflexology experience should be too. Whether you're planning for a family, experiencing fertility challenges or undergoing assisted conception, your first Reproductive Reflexology appointment offers a welcoming, confidential space to discuss your circumstances and enjoy some time dedicated to your wellbeing. I'm Maria, a qualified reflexologist practising since 2004, a Full Member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR), with specialist training in Reproductive Reflexology (Reproflexology™). WHAT HAPPENS AT YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT? We'll begin with a detailed consultation, reviewing your completed consultation form and discussing your general health, reproductive history, lifestyle and any relevant medical investigations or fertility treatments. We'll then talk through how Reproductive Reflexology may complement your circumstances, including a suggested course of treatments using the structured protocols associated with Reproflexology™. You'll have plenty of opportunity to ask questions. YOUR FOOT REFLEXOLOGY TREATMENT Following our consultation, you'll enjoy a full 60-minute foot reflexology treatment, tailored to your individual circumstances. You can chat, relax in silence or simply close your eyes and switch off for a while. This is your time. WHO IS REPRODUCTIVE REFLEXOLOGY FOR? Reproductive Reflexology may be chosen by individuals seeking complementary wellbeing support while: 💕 Preparing for conception 💕 Navigating fertility challenges 💕 Undergoing assisted conception, including IUI, IVF or ICSI 💕 Exploring donor conception or surrogacy Reproductive Reflexology aims to promote relaxation, release tension and support general wellbeing. It does not diagnose or treat fertility conditions, replace medical care or guarantee conception or pregnancy. YOUR APPOINTMENT AT A GLANCE ⏰ 90 minutes — consultation, treatment discussion and 60 minutes of foot reflexology 💷 £75 👣 Foot reflexology only 📍 My therapy room in Hamworthy, Poole, Dorset 🏡 Home visits are not available for this treatment. Cancellation Policy
THERAPY APPOINTMENTS: BOOKING POLICY BOOKING AND PAYMENT Appointments are subject to availability. Where online payment is required, payment is taken when booking. Online appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. If you require an appointment at shorter notice, please contact me directly to enquire about availability. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations, rescheduling requests or missed appointments with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge of 50% of the treatment fee. If you need to make a late change due to illness or an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss your circumstances. Where a refund is due, it will be processed to the original payment method, less any applicable cancellation charge. IF I NEED TO CANCEL If I am unable to provide your appointment, I will contact you as soon as possible. You may choose to reschedule, receive a full refund of any payment made for the affected appointment, or accept credit on file. HEALTH AND CONSULTATION New clients may be required to complete an appropriate consultation form before their first appointment. Please inform me of any relevant health conditions, medication or changes to your health before your treatment. For safety reasons, I may need to adapt, postpone or decline a treatment. MOBILE HOME VISITS Foot reflexology, hand reflexology and Reiki home visits may be available within BCP and surrounding villages by prior arrangement. An additional travel fee applies, based on travel time. Please contact me before booking a home visit to confirm availability and the total cost. Online bookings are for appointments at my Hamworthy treatment room unless otherwise agreed. STATUTORY RIGHTS Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
