CHOOSE YOUR TREATMENT FOOT REFLEXOLOGY — 60 min | £50 Personalised foot reflexology for relaxation and tension release. HAND & FOOT — 60 min | £50 A relaxing combination of hand and foot reflexology. FACIAL REFLEXOLOGY — 60 min | £60 Express Holistic Facial (cleanse, tone, moisturise), facial reflexology and short head massage. EAR REFLEXOLOGY — 60 min | £60 Express Holistic Facial, facial and auricular reflexology, plus ear seeds. HAND & FACIAL — 90 min | £75 Full facial treatment, including express facial and head massage, plus hand reflexology. HAND & EAR — 90 min | £75 Full auricular treatment, including express facial and ear seeds, plus hand reflexology. ULTIMATE REFLEXOLOGY — 120 min | £95 Foot, hand, facial and ear reflexology, with express facial, head massage and ear seeds. MATERNITY REFLEXOLOGY — 60 min | £50 Gentle foot reflexology adapted to your stage of pregnancy and comfort. MENOPAUSE REFLEXOLOGY — 60 min | £50 Personalised foot reflexology for relaxation and wellbeing during perimenopause and menopause. AROMAFLEX — 90 min | £90 Foot reflexology with a personalised essential oil blend chosen with your needs and safety in mind. The same blend is used in your treatment and supplied to take home as your choice of a 10ml rollerball or 10ml massage oil. YOUR APPOINTMENT 📍 Hamworthy, Poole | ⏰ 60–120 min | 💷 £50–£95 For existing clients only. New clients, or those who haven't visited for over a year, should book a First Reflexology Appointment. HOME VISITS Foot Reflexology and Hand & Foot Reflexology only may be available within BCP and surrounding villages by prior arrangement, with an additional travel fee. Contact me before booking. All other treatments are clinic-only. Reflexology supports relaxation and wellbeing; it does not replace medical care. I look forward to welcoming you back!
Cancellation Policy
THERAPY APPOINTMENTS: BOOKING POLICY BOOKING AND PAYMENT Appointments are subject to availability. Where online payment is required, payment is taken when booking. Online appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. If you require an appointment at shorter notice, please contact me directly to enquire about availability. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations, rescheduling requests or missed appointments with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge of 50% of the treatment fee. If you need to make a late change due to illness or an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss your circumstances. Where a refund is due, it will be processed to the original payment method, less any applicable cancellation charge. IF I NEED TO CANCEL If I am unable to provide your appointment, I will contact you as soon as possible. You may choose to reschedule, receive a full refund of any payment made for the affected appointment, or accept credit on file. HEALTH AND CONSULTATION New clients may be required to complete an appropriate consultation form before their first appointment. Please inform me of any relevant health conditions, medication or changes to your health before your treatment. For safety reasons, I may need to adapt, postpone or decline a treatment. MOBILE HOME VISITS Foot reflexology, hand reflexology and Reiki home visits may be available within BCP and surrounding villages by prior arrangement. An additional travel fee applies, based on travel time. Please contact me before booking a home visit to confirm availability and the total cost. Online bookings are for appointments at my Hamworthy treatment room unless otherwise agreed. STATUTORY RIGHTS Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
