New to reflexology? Your first appointment is a chance to relax, ask questions and enjoy some time that's entirely yours. I'm Maria, a qualified Reflexologist practising since 2004, based in Hamworthy, Poole. My approach is friendly, welcoming and tailored to you. WHAT HAPPENS AT YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT? We'll start with a relaxed consultation to discuss your general health, wellbeing and what you're hoping to get from your sessions. This gives us time to address any questions and make sure your treatment is appropriate for you. You'll then enjoy a personalised reflexology treatment using the approach you've chosen: 👣 Foot Reflexology 🤲 Hand Reflexology 💆 Facial Reflexology 👂 Ear Reflexology Not sure which to choose? You're welcome to contact me before booking. WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT? Your comfort comes first. Depending on your chosen treatment, you'll be seated or comfortably reclined. For foot reflexology, simply remove your shoes and socks; I'll explain any other preparation needed. You're welcome to chat, enjoy the quiet or close your eyes and drift off. And please don't worry about your feet — all feet are welcome here! WHY REFLEXOLOGY? Many people choose reflexology to relax, release tension, aid sleep, improve mood and promote wellbeing. Everyone's experience is different, and results can't be guaranteed. APPOINTMENT DETAILS: ⏰ 75 minutes, including consultation and treatment 💷 £50 for any of the four reflexology options 📍 Hamworthy, Poole, Dorset MOBILE HOME VISITS Unable to visit my therapy room? Mobile appointments for foot and hand reflexology only may be available within BCP and surrounding villages, subject to availability and prior arrangement. An additional travel fee applies, based on travel time. Please contact me before booking so we can discuss your requirements, confirm availability and agree the total cost. Facial and ear reflexology treatments are available at my therapy room in Hamworthy, Poole only. HEALTH CASH PLANS Some health cash plans may reimburse eligible reflexology treatments, depending on your provider and policy. Please check your cover before booking. A treatment receipt can be provided after your appointment. Reflexology is a complementary wellbeing therapy, not a substitute for medical care. If you have health concerns or recent surgery, please contact me before booking. I look forward to welcoming you!
Cancellation Policy
THERAPY APPOINTMENTS: BOOKING POLICY BOOKING AND PAYMENT Appointments are subject to availability. Where online payment is required, payment is taken when booking. Online appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. If you require an appointment at shorter notice, please contact me directly to enquire about availability. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations, rescheduling requests or missed appointments with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge of 50% of the treatment fee. If you need to make a late change due to illness or an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss your circumstances. Where a refund is due, it will be processed to the original payment method, less any applicable cancellation charge. IF I NEED TO CANCEL If I am unable to provide your appointment, I will contact you as soon as possible. You may choose to reschedule, receive a full refund of any payment made for the affected appointment, or accept credit on file. HEALTH AND CONSULTATION New clients may be required to complete an appropriate consultation form before their first appointment. Please inform me of any relevant health conditions, medication or changes to your health before your treatment. For safety reasons, I may need to adapt, postpone or decline a treatment. MOBILE HOME VISITS Foot reflexology, hand reflexology and Reiki home visits may be available within BCP and surrounding villages by prior arrangement. An additional travel fee applies, based on travel time. Please contact me before booking a home visit to confirm availability and the total cost. Online bookings are for appointments at my Hamworthy treatment room unless otherwise agreed. STATUTORY RIGHTS Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
