This page is for paying for your chosen Knowledge Exchange talk, workshop or special event after completing the relevant event registration form.
 
How to pay for your event:
 
Complete the registration form for the talk or event you wish to attend.
Select "Which Talk Are You Paying for?" from the options on this page.
The price will automatically update to reflect your selected event.
Check that you've selected the correct event and price.
Add your selection to your basket and complete your payment.
 
If you're paying for more than one event, please add each event to your basket separately.
 
How much does it cost? 
 
Each Knowledge Exchange talk, workshop or special event is priced individually.
 
Most of our Expert Talks cost £12 per person, while creative workshops, paint-alongs and other special events may have different prices.
 
The price displayed after selecting your event is the amount payable.
 
Please check your selection carefully before completing your purchase.
 
Important: No postage required!
 
All Knowledge Exchange talks and events booked through this page take place online, so nothing needs to be posted to you.
 
If Wix asks you to select a delivery option at checkout, please choose:

This simply prevents postage charges from being added to your order.
 
You do not need to collect anything in person!
 
What happens after payment?
 
Once your event registration and payment have been received and matched, your booking can be confirmed, subject to availability.
 
Your event information, including the Zoom joining details and any relevant instructions, will be sent separately.
 
For special events such as creative workshops, any materials, preparation requirements or additional arrangements will be explained on the individual event page.
 
Please make sure you provide the correct email address when registering, and remember to check your spam or junk folder.
 
What about recordings?
 
Some Knowledge Exchange Expert Talks are recorded and may be made available to watch afterwards.
 
Recording availability, access arrangements and any applicable charges will be explained for each event.
 
Please note: Not every event is recorded. Live creative workshops and other special sessions may be available to attend live only.
