Facial Reflexology and Meditation Zoom Workshops

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your place.

1. Booking & Payment

Your place is confirmed once full payment has been received.

Workshop places are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Workshop Format

Workshops are delivered live online via Zoom.

The workshop is interactive and includes practical Facial Reflexology techniques together with a guided meditation.

Please ensure you have a suitable internet connection and access to Zoom before the workshop begins.

3. Recording

These workshops are not recorded.

Live attendance is therefore required if you wish to participate.

To protect the privacy of all participants, attendees must not record, photograph or distribute any part of the workshop without prior written permission from Maria Stubbs.

4. Participation

Participation is entirely voluntary.

You are encouraged to work only within your own comfort level and should never perform any technique that causes discomfort or pain.

You are welcome simply to observe any part of the workshop if you prefer.

5. Health Information

Facial Reflexology and meditation are complementary wellbeing practices and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or advice.

If you are currently receiving medical treatment, have any concerns regarding your health, or have recently undergone facial surgery or cosmetic procedures, please consult your GP or healthcare professional before participating.

If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, severe mental health concerns, active skin infections, facial injuries, or any medical condition that may affect your participation, please contact Maria before booking if you are unsure whether the workshop is suitable for you.

6. Guided Meditation

The meditation component is intended to promote relaxation.

Some people may experience emotional responses during relaxation exercises. If at any time you feel uncomfortable, you are welcome to stop the meditation, take a break or simply listen quietly until you feel ready to continue.

7. Results

Every individual is different.

While many people experience relaxation and wellbeing benefits from Facial Reflexology and meditation, no specific outcomes or results can be guaranteed.

8. Cancellation by Participant

If you are unable to attend:

More than 14 days before the workshop: a full refund or transfer to another available workshop.

Between 7 and 14 days before the workshop: transfer to another workshop or a credit towards a future workshop.

Less than 7 days before the workshop: refunds are not normally available, although your place may be transferred to another workshop at Maria's discretion if circumstances allow.

If you do not attend without notifying us, your booking fee is non-refundable.

9. Cancellation by MariaStubbs Reflexology & Holistic Therapies

In the unlikely event that the workshop needs to be cancelled or postponed, participants will be offered either:

A full refund; or

A transfer to a future workshop.

Liability is limited to the workshop fee paid.

10. Workshop Environment

Please join the workshop from a quiet, comfortable space where you are unlikely to be disturbed.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate space to take part safely.

11. Respectful Participation

These workshops are intended to provide a welcoming, supportive and respectful environment for everyone.

Any behaviour considered disruptive, abusive or inappropriate may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

12. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, demonstrations, handouts, slides and teaching content remain the intellectual property of MariaStubbs Reflexology & Holistic Therapies.

They are provided for your own personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, shared, sold or used for teaching purposes without prior written permission.

13. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the MariaStubbs Reflexology & Holistic Therapies Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

Your details will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

14. Acceptance

By booking your place, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

• You understand that Facial Reflexology and meditation are complementary wellbeing practices and not medical treatments.

• You accept full responsibility for your own participation.

• You agree to participate at your own pace and within your own comfort level.
